It’s heating up again so we all want that summer body. Here are my 5 quick tips to get fitter, faster

1. Eat more- Eat more of the good food and less of the bad ones. Less sugar, less soft drink, less chocolate. More fruit, more vegetables, more water!
2. Move it!- get up, get up and move about. Nothing fancy just do the work and move more.
3. Patience– Weight loss is not glamorous and not fancy BUT you have to grind it out and be patient with your results. Eyes down and start working hard to get the results you want.
4. Burn it– If you want to fast track your weight loss, pick up your training with higher intensity exercise where you sweat, huff and puff.
5. Less stress– Enjoy the ride, have fun with it, smile and laugh when you can. It’s not all doom and gloom. You’ve survived this far but it’s time for a better change in your life so make it today and STICK to it.
